摘　　要：胆囊切除术后腹泻属于胆囊切除术后综合征的一种,发生率较高,目前西医治疗疗效不佳,中医药在胆囊切除术后腹泻治疗上可以发挥重要作用。通过分析胆囊切除术后出现阳虚腹泻的原因,并进一步探析温阳法治疗胆囊切除术后腹泻的可能机理,以期为临床治疗提供思路。Post-cholecystectomy diarrhea is one of the post-cholecystectomy syndromes with a high incidence rate.At present,western medicine treatment is not effective.Traditional Chinese medicine can play an important role in the treatment of post-cholecystectomy diarrhea.This article analyzes the causes of diarrhea due to yang deficiency after cholecystectomy and the mechanism of warming yang therapy for diarrhea after cholecystectomy,in order to provide ideas for clinical treatment.
