摘 要:目的评价Er:YAG激光用于乳磨牙深龋露髓治疗的临床效果。方法选取2021年4—10月深圳市龙岗区妇幼保健院口腔科的120颗4~6岁患儿的深龋露髓乳磨牙为研究对象,依据牙髓状态、治疗方法不同进行分组,牙髓切断术组60颗(分为激光组和对照组,各30颗),根管治疗组60颗(分为激光组和对照组,各30颗)。治疗后第3、6、12个月进行回访,通过拍摄X线片观察各组临床疗效。结果牙髓切断组中第6、12个月时,激光组成功率分别为96.67%和90.00%高于对照组的93.33%和83.33%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。根管治疗组中第6个月时,激光组成功率略高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第12个月时,激光组成功率为93.33%高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Er:YAG激光作为辅助手段用于治疗乳磨牙深龋露髓可以有效提高治疗效果,获得更为长期和稳定的预后,值得进一步研究发展。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Er:YAG laser in the treatment of deep deciduous molar caries.Methods From April to October 2021,120 deciduous molars with deep caries and exposed pulp of children aged 4 to 6 years were selected as the research objects.According to the pulp status and treatment methods,they were divided into 60 pulp amputation group(divided into laser group and control group,30 each)and 60 root canal treatment group(divided into laser group and control group,30 each).Root canal treatment group 60(divided into laser group and control group,30 each).Follow-up visits were made at 3,6 and 12 months after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of each group was observed by X-ray film.Results At the 6th and 12th month,the laser power of the pulp cutting group was 96.67%and 90.00%higher than that of the control group(93.33%and 83.33%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).At the 6th month,the laser power in the root canal treatment group was slightly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).At the 12th month,the laser component power was 93.33%higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Er:YAG laser as an auxiliary means in the treatment of deep deciduous molar caries can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and obtain a more long-term and stable prognosis,which is worthy of further research and development.
