健阳益坎方联合辅酶Q10对少弱精子症患者的疗效、精子质量、精液参数的影响

摘　　要：目的探究健阳益坎方联合辅酶Q10对少弱精子症患者的疗效及其对患者精子质量、精液参数的影响。方法选取2021年3月—2022年5月于宜兴市人民医院生殖中心与南京中医药大学附属张家港医院治疗的少弱精子症患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机分组法将其分为对照组(n=30)及研究组(n=30)。给予对照组辅酶Q10治疗,研究组采用健阳益坎方联合辅酶Q10治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果以及治疗后患者精子质量以及精液参数。结果研究组总有效率96.67%高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05);研究组精子前向运动率、DFI以及精子存活率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组精子浓度、精子总数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组精液体积、精液pH与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健阳益坎方联合辅酶Q10对少弱精子症患者具有良好的治疗效果,可有效提高精子质量,改善精液参数。Objective To explore the effect of Jianyang Yikan prescription combined with coenzyme Q10 on patients with oligasthenospermia and its influence on sperm quality and semen parameters.Methods Sixty patients with oligasthenospermia treated in the Reproductive Center of Yixing People's Hospital and Zhangjiagang Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30).The control group was treated with coenzyme Q10,and the study group was treated with Jianyang Yikan prescription combined with coenzyme Q10.The treatment effect,sperm quality and semen parameters were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%higher than that of the control group(73.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).The sperm forward motion rate,DFI and sperm survival rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sperm concentration and total sperm in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in semen volume and pH between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Jianyang Yikan prescription combined with coenzyme Q10 has a good therapeutic effect on patients with oligasthenospermia,which can effectively improve sperm quality and semen parameters.
