低剂量多层CT在肋骨骨折诊断中的效果

摘　　要：目的评估在肋骨骨折患者的诊断中应用低剂量多层CT诊断的有效性。方法选择2020年5月—2022年5月在山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院就诊的100例疑似肋骨骨折患者为研究对象,以手术结果作为金标准,患者均接受常规剂量多层螺旋CT诊断、低剂量多层螺旋CT诊断,分析不同剂量下肋骨骨折患者的诊断效果。结果手术结果诊断的阳性率为96.00%,常规剂量多层CT诊断的阳性率为95.00%,低剂量多层CT诊断的阳性率为94.00%。常规剂量多层CT诊断与低剂量多层CT诊断的特异度相同,均为75.00%。低剂量多层CT诊断的敏感度(96.88%)、诊断符合率(96.00%)与常规剂量多层CT诊断(97.92%、97.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000、0.000,P>0.05)。结论低剂量多层CT在肋骨骨折诊断中的诊断符合率和常规剂量多层螺旋CT诊断无明显差异,但是可以降低辐射剂量,降低对患者产生的伤害。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of low-dose multi-slice CT in the diagnosis of rib fracture.Methods 100 patients with suspected rib fracture were selected from Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group between May 2020 and May 2022 were selected as the research subjects.With surgical results as the gold standard,all patients received conventional dose and low-dose multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis.The diagnostic effect of different doses in patients with rib fracture was analyzed.Results The positive rate of surgical diagnosis was 96.00%,that of conventional dose multi-slice CT was 95.00%,and that of low-dose multi-slice CT was 94.00%.The specificity of conventional dose multi slice CT diagnosis was the same as that of low dose multi slice CT diagnosis,both of which were 75.00%.The sensitivity(96.88%)and diagnostic accuracy(96.00%)of low-dose multi-slice CT diagnosis were not statistically significant compared with that of conventional multi-slice CT diagnosis(97.92%,97.00%)(χ^(2)=0.000,0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of low-dose multi-slice CT in the diagnosis of rib fracture is not significantly different from that of conventional dose multi-slice spiral CT,but it can reduce the radiation dose and reduce the harm to patients.
