银屑病性关节炎超声诊断价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨对银屑病性关节炎患者实施超声诊断后获得临床效果。方法选取2018年2月—2021年5月枣庄市皮肤病性病防治院收治的50例疑似银屑病性关节炎患者作为研究对象。针对所有患者将临床综合检查结果作为金标准。临床针对所有银屑病性关节炎患者合理展开X线检查以及超声检查。就最终诊断效能展开对比,以说明对银屑病性关节炎患者实施超声诊断的临床价值。结果超声诊断准确度(94.00%)以及敏感度(95.24%)高于X线诊断准确度(52.00%)以及敏感度(57.14%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.048、14.062,P<0.05),超声诊断特异度与X线诊断对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。超声诊断骨质侵蚀型、软骨损害型检出率高于X线诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床针对银屑病性关节炎患者在实施诊断期间,相较于X线检查方式的有效应用,超声检查的有效实施,可将病变检出率显著提高,对病变类型加以明确,显著提高银屑病性关节炎诊断效能,可为早期确诊提供依据,为银屑病性关节炎患者的及时治疗奠定基础。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasonography in patients with psoriatic arthritis.Methods A total of 50 patients with suspected psoriatic arthritis admitted to Zaozhuang Dermatology and Venereology Hospital from February 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.The clinical comprehensive examination results were used as the gold standard for all patients.Clinically,X-ray examination and ultrasound examination were carried out reasonably for all patients with psoriatic arthritis.The final diagnostic efficacy was compared to illustrate the clinical value of ultrasound diagnosis in patients with psoriatic arthritis.Results The accuracy and sensitivity of ultrasound diagnosis 94.00%and 95.24%were higher than those of X-ray diagnosis 52.00%and 57.14%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=19.048,14.062,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the specificity between ultrasound diagnosis and X-ray diagnosis(P>0.05).The detection rate of bone erosion type and cartilage damage type diagnosed by ultrasound were higher than that by X-ray,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical diagnosis of patients with psoriatic arthritis,compared with the effective application of X-ray examination,the effective implementation of ultrasonography can significantly increase the detection rate of lesions and clarify the type of lesions,significantly improve the diagnostic efficiency of psoriatic arthritis,which can provide a basis for early diagnosis and lay the foundation for timely treatment of patients with psoriatic arthritis.
