鼓膜穿刺鼓室加压吸引对分泌性中耳炎的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨对分泌性中耳炎采用鼓膜穿刺鼓室加压吸引治疗的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2022年6月建湖县人民医院收治的分泌性中耳炎患者130例,随机分为采用常规鼓室灌洗治疗的对照组(n=65)与采用鼓膜穿刺鼓室加压吸引术治疗的观察组(n=65),比较两组临床疗效及治疗后干耳率,分析患者耳鸣、耳聋、听力下降、耳闷塞感改善情况,另比较两组不良反应发生率评估治疗安全性。结果观察组治疗总有效率(98.46%)及干耳率(93.85%)均较对照组(84.62%、80.00%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.044、5.482,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组耳鸣率(4.62%)、耳聋率(1.54%)、听力下降率(3.08%)、耳闷塞感率(1.54%),均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对分泌性中耳炎采用鼓膜穿刺鼓室加压吸引术治疗疗效确切,可提高干耳率,改善患者症状,且能降低不良反应风险。Objective To explore the effect of tympanic membrane puncture and pressure suction on secretory otitis media.Methods 130 patients with secretory otitis media admitted to Jianhu County People's Hospital from January 2019 to June 2022 were randomly divided into a control group(n=65)treated with conventional tympanic lavage and an observation group(n=65)treated with tympanic membrane puncture and pressure suction surgery.Compared the clinical efficacy and dry ear rate after treatment between two groups,analyze the improvement of tinnitus,deafness,hearing loss,and ear tightness in patients,and evaluate the safety of treatment by comparing the adverse reaction rates between the two groups.Results The total effective rate(98.46%)and dry ear rate(93.85%)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(84.62%,80.00%),and the difference was with statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.044,5.482,P<0.05).After treatment,the tinnitus rate(4.62%),deafness rate(1.54%),hearing loss rate(3.08%),and ear tightness rate(1.54%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tympanotomy and tympanic pressure aspiration for secretory otitis media has a definite curative effect.It can increase the rate of dry ears,improve the symptoms of patients,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
