艾拉光动力联合异维A酸软胶囊治疗结节囊肿型痤疮的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的观察艾拉光动力联合异维A酸软胶囊治疗结节囊肿型痤疮的疗效。方法选取2021年5月—2022年3月惠州市皮肤病防治研究所门诊结节囊肿型痤疮46例为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,各23例,对照组予抗生素后联合异维A酸软胶囊;观察组予艾拉光动力治疗后联合异维A酸软胶囊。评估治疗6、18周疗效,记录治疗后的不良反应,治疗结束后2个月随访统计复发率。结果治疗6、18周,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总不良反应发生率30.43%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.576,P<0.05)。观察组患者复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在结节囊肿型痤疮患者的治疗上,以艾拉光动力联合异维A酸软胶囊治疗,可显著提升患者的疗效,降低治疗后、总不良反应与随访复发率。Objective To observe the curative effect of Ella photodynamic combined with isovitamin A acid soft capsule in the treatment of acne nodular cyst type.Methods 46 cases of acne nodular cyst in department of outpatient of Huizhou Institute of Dermatology Prevention and Treatment from May 2021 to March 2022 were selected as subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was given antibiotics combined with isovitamin A acid soft capsules,and the observation group was treated with Ella photodynamic therapy combined with isovitamin A acid soft capsules.The efficacy was evaluated at 6 weeks and 18 weeks,and adverse reactions were recorded after treatment.The recurrence rate was recorded at 2 months after treatment.Results After 6 weeks and 18 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,total adverse reaction rate of 30.43%were lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.576,P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of acne patients with nodular cyst type,the combination of Ella photodynamic therapy with isovitamin A acid soft capsule can significantly improve the efficacy,and reduce the postoperative,total adverse reactions and follow-up recurrence rate.
