地佐辛对剖宫产围术期使用卡前列素氨丁三醇后头痛的防治效果

摘　　要：目的探讨地佐辛对剖宫产围术期使用卡前列素氨丁三醇后头痛的防治效果。方法选取2022年1—9月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的剖宫产围术期头痛产妇80例为研究对象。按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组静脉缓慢滴注结合肌内注射地佐辛,对照组口服罗通定片。比较两组不同时间头痛NRS评分变化、干预前后疼痛相关因子水平变化情况、头痛缓解时间与头痛消失时间及治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果给药后15 min和给药后4 h,观察组头痛NRS评分低于对照组,观察组致痛物质SP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组头痛缓解时间及头痛消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对剖宫产围术期使用卡前列素氨丁三醇后头痛者,应用地佐辛可较快的缓解头痛,降低机体致痛物质水平,且不良反应少,安全性高。Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment effect of Dezocine on headache after using carprost amine triol in perioperative period of cesarean section.Methods From January to September 2022,80 cases of women with headache during the perioperative period of cesarean section in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each.The observation group was given slow intravenous drip combined with intramuscular injection of desocine,while the control group was taken rotundine tablets orally.The changes of headache NRS score at different time,the changes of pain-related factors before and after intervention,the time of headache relief and headache disappearance,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results 15 min and 4 h after administration,NRS score of headache in observation group was lower than control group,SP level of pain-causing substance in observation group was lower than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of headache relief and disappearance in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with headache after the use of carprost amine triol during the perioperative period of cesarean section,the application of dezocine can quickly relieve headache,reduce the level of body pain-causing substances,and less adverse reactions,high safety.
