中医外治法治疗胸腰椎骨折及术后腹胀、便秘的研究进展

摘　　要：胸腰椎骨折及术后常并发腹胀、便秘等临床症状,严重地影响了患者的生活质量。近年来,中医外治法在临床治疗胸腰椎骨折及术后腹胀便秘上获得较好的疗效。本文综述了针法、艾灸、推拿、耳穴埋豆、穴位贴敷、中药热敷及中药灌肠等中医外治法的研究现状和发展趋势,为提高胸腰椎骨折及术后腹胀便秘的临床疗效提供参考和思路。Thoracolumbar fractures and postoperative clinical symptoms such as abdominal distension and constipation are often complicated,which seriously affect the quality of life of patients.In recent years,TCM external therapy has achieved good results in the clinical treatment of thoracolumbar fractures and postoperative abdominal distension and constipation.This paper reviews the research status and development trend of acupuncture,moxibustion,massage,ear point burying,acupoint sticking,traditional Chinese medicine hot compress and traditional Chinese medicine enema,to provide reference and ideas for improving the clinical efficacy of thoracolumbar fractures and postoperative abdominal distension and constipation.
