甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖片联合用于老年糖尿病治疗的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对老年糖尿病患者采用甘精胰岛素+阿卡波糖片完成治疗后获得临床效果。方法选取2020年3月—2022年5月平度市人民医院收治的62例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,以抽签法分为两组,各31例。参照组施以阿卡波糖片药物治疗,研究组在参照组基础上施以甘精胰岛素药物治疗,对比两组患者药物治疗总有效率、血糖检测结果以及用药总不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组各项血糖指标均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组总不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者临床接受阿卡波糖片药物单纯应用后,效果不明显。此基础上联合甘精胰岛素展开疾病治疗,不但可将总体用药水平以及血糖控制效果显著提升,且安全性明显,不会增加不良反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of insulin glargine plus acarbose tablets in elderly patients with diabetes.Methods From March 2020 to May 2022,62 elderly patients with diabetes treated in Pingdu People's Hospital were selected as research objects,and divided into two groups by lot drawing,31 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with acarbose tablets,while the research group was treated with insulin glargine on the basis of the reference group.The total effective rate of drug treatment,blood glucose test results,and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,all blood glucose indicators in the research group were lower than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of acarbose tablet was not obvious in elderly patients with diabetes.On this basis,combining insulin glargine for disease treatment can not only significantly improve the overall medication level and blood sugar control effect,but also have significant safety without increasing adverse reactions.
