阿卡波糖与二甲双胍在社区糖尿病治疗中的效果及对血糖的影响探析

摘　　要：目的探讨阿卡波糖和二甲双胍在社区糖尿病治疗中的作用及其对血糖的影响。方法选取2021年3月—2022年10月间北京市朝阳区豆各庄社区卫生服务中心收治的社区糖尿病患者96例为研究对象,依据患者门诊治疗时间将其分为观察组和对照组,各48例,前者采用阿卡波糖和二甲双胍联合用药治疗,后者单独采用二甲双胍治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果、血糖和血脂水平、治疗有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组空腹血糖值(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖值(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.366、2.766、2.721,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各项血脂水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.623、3.671,P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为95.83%高于对照组的72.92%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.560,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(4.17%)低于对照组(20.83%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.095,P<0.05)。结论阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍用于社区糖尿病患者治疗中的效果显著,能够改善患者血脂、血糖水平,提高治疗有效率,且用药不良反应发生率较低。Objective To investigate the role of acarbose and metformin in community diabetes treatment and their effects on blood glucose.Methods From March 2021 to October 2022,96 community patients with diabetes who were admitted to the Dougezhuang Community Health Service Center in Chaoyang District,Beijing were selected as the study subjects.According to the outpatient treatment time of patients,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 48 cases in each group.The former was treated with acarbose and metformin,and the latter was treated with metformin alone.Observed the treatment efficacy,blood glucose and lipid levels,treatment efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions in both groups of patients.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postmeal blood glucose(2 hPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.366,2.766,2.721,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood lipid levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.623,3.671,P<0.05).The treatment effective rate in the observation group(95.83%)was higher than the control group(72.92%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.560,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(4.17%)was lower than the control group(20.83%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.095,P<0.05).Conclusion Acarbose combined with metformin has a significant effect in the treatment of diabetic patients in the community,which can improve the blood lipid and blood sugar levels of patients,improve the treatment effective rate,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions is low.
