基于数据挖掘探讨张景岳治疗郁证的用药规律

摘　　要：目的基于数据挖掘技术分析张景岳治疗郁证的用药规律。方法收集《景岳全书·卷十九明集·杂证谟·郁证》中治疗郁证的方剂,应用SPSS 26.0及IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件对处方药物进行频数、药性、药味、归经、药物类别、聚类、关联规则分析。结果共收集方剂35首,涉及中药71味,方阵中“和阵”最多。使用频次较高的药物有27味(频次≥3次)。药性以温性为主,药味以甘、苦、辛为主,药物归经以脾经最多,药物功效类别中补虚药使用最多。关联规则分析得出人参-白术-炙甘草等核心药组。聚类分析归纳出补气健脾、滋阴养血安神、燥湿化痰、理气解郁等9个聚类群。结论《景岳全书·卷十九明集·杂证谟·郁证》用药规律展现了张景岳治疗郁证重视和法理念、补益、顾护脾胃、情志调治、虚实分治等学术思想。Objective To analyze the medication rules of Zhang Jingyue′s treatment for depression.Methods The prescriptions for treating depression in Jingyue Quanshu·Juan 19 Mingji·Zamozheng·Yuzhen were collected.The analyses of frequency,drug property,drug flavor,meridian entries,drug category,cluster,and association rule were performed on drugs in the prescriptions by employing SPSS 26.0 software and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software.Results A total of 35 prescriptions were collected,concerning 71 Traditional Chinese Medicines,and the most formula array was"harmonizing array".There were 27 drugs with high frequency of use(frequency≥3 times).Drug properties are mainly warm,drug flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and acrid,and meridian entries of drugs were mainly spleen meridian;in addition,in categories of drug efficacy,drugs of restoring qi were used the most.Ginseng-Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma-Radix glycyrrhizae preparata and other core drug groups were obtained by the association rule analysis.Nine cluster groups in terms of restoring qi and invigorating the spleen,replenishing yin,nourishing blood and calming the mind,removing dampness and resolving phlegm,and regulating qi and resolving stagnation were summarized by the cluster analysis.Conclusion The medication rules of Jingyue Quanshu·Juan 19 Mingji·Zamozheng·Yuzhen reveals that the academic thoughts of Zhang Jingyue′s treatment for depression include importance attachment to harmony method concept,tonifying and replenishing,care of the spleen and stomach,emotional sensitivity regulation,and differentiation and treatment of deficiency and excess,etc.
