摘　　要：目的探讨常规治疗配合酒石酸美托洛尔对扩张型心肌病患者有效性和心功能的影响。方法抽取2020年2月至2021年7月时段内扩张型心肌病患者58例,以抽签法纳入甲组和乙组,各组29例。甲组使用常规治疗,乙组在常规治疗的基础上配合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗,评估治疗有效性、心功能指标、不良反应发生率。结果乙组总有效率为93.10%,高于甲组(72.41%)(χ^(2)=4.3500,P<0.05);乙组心功能指标优于甲组,乙组LVESd(35.12±2.89)mm、LVEDd(51.70±3.81)mm、LVEF(49.67±3.93)%、甲组则为(40.64±2.15)mm、(60.74±3.84)mm、(40.59±2.16)%,数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乙组不良反应发生率为10.34%,低于甲组34.48%(χ^(2)=4.8581,P<0.05),结论针对扩张型心肌病患者,在常规治疗的基础上配合酒石酸美托洛尔应用方案,可明显提高临床疗效,改善患者心功能,预后效果较佳,值得推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy and cardiac function of conventional therapy combined with metoprolol tartrate in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods A total of 58 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy from February 2020 to July 2021 were selected and included into group A and group B by lottery,with 29 patients in each group.Group A received conventional treatment,while group B was treated with metoprolol tartrate on the basis of conventional treatment,and the efficacy,cardiac function indicators and incidence of adverse reactions were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of group B was 93.10%,which was higher than that of group A(72.41%)(χ^(2)=4.3500,P<0.05).The cardiac function indexes of group B were better than group A,LVESd(35.12±2.89)mm,LVEDd(51.70±3.81)mm,LVEF(49.67±3.93)%,and group A were(40.64±2.15)mm,(60.74±3.84)mm,(40.59±2.16)%,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was 10.34%,lower than that in group A(34.48%)(χ^(2)=4.8581,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with dilated cardiomyopathy,on the basis of conventional treatment,combined with metoprolol tartrate application program,can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,improve the cardiac function of patients,prognosis effect is better,worthy of promotion.
