摘　　要：羟考酮是一种人工半合成阿片类药物,临床应用广泛,以生物碱蒂巴因植物衍生物为原料提取而得。该药物的作用特点为高效性、高选择性及对中枢神经系统无明显毒性作用。当前,不少试验将羟考酮和吗啡及其他阿片类药物进行了比较,羟考酮以其在治疗内脏痛方面的优势被广泛应用于临床。本文综述了羟考酮的基本药理学性质及其在围手术期应用的研究进展。Oxycodone is an artificial semi-synthetic opioid with wide clinical application and is obtained by extracting the alkaloid tibaine plant derivatives as raw materials.The action is characterized by high efficiency,high selectivity and no obvious toxic effect on the central nervous system.At present,many trials have compared oxycodone with morphine and other opioids,and oxycodone is widely used in clinical practice due to its advantages in the treatment of visceral pain.This article reviews the basic pharmacological properties of oxycodone and its application in the perioperative period.
