漱口运动法干预配合视频教育在经口入路腔镜甲状腺切除术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨漱口运动法干预配合视频教育在经口入路腔镜甲状腺切除术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2022年12月在我院行经口入路腔镜甲状腺手术的88例患者,采用随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,各44例,对照组予以常规颈部锻炼干预,观察组采取漱口运动法配合视频教育,比较两组干预依从性、心理弹性、颈部疼痛与失能状况、颈部活动度及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组颈部疼痛与失能量表(NPDS)评分低于对照组,颈部前屈、后伸、向患侧屈及向健侧屈活动度大于对照组,CD-RISC及中国头颈癌生命质量测定量表(QLICP-HN)评分、干预依从性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对经口入路腔镜甲状腺术后患者予以漱口运动干预配合视频教育能提升患者依从性,降低颈部疼痛失能程度,改善颈部活动度,提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of mouthwash exercise intervention combined with video education in patients after endoscopic thyroidectomy via oral approach.Methods A total of 88 patients who underwent endoscopic thyroidectomy via oral approach in a grade a general hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each group with 44 cases.The control group received routine neck exercise intervention.The observation group received mouthwash exercise combined with video education,to compare the compliance,neck pain and disability,neck mobility,and quality of life of the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores on the neck pain and energy loss scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the activities of cervical flexion,extension,flexion to the affected side,and flexion to the healthy side were greater than those in the control group.The scores on the CD-RISC scale,QLICP-HN scale and intervention compliance were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Mouthwash exercise intervention combined with video education for patients after endoscopic thyroidectomy via oral approach can improve patient compliance,reduce neck pain and disability,improve neck mobility,and improve patient quality of life.
