摘　　要：目的分析股骨转子下截骨联合S-ROM假体治疗高脱位髋臼发育不良患者的治疗效果。方法2018年1月至2019年1月我院收治50例高脱位髋臼发育不良患者,所有患者均进行股骨转子下截骨联合S-ROM假体治疗术,并将其手术效果进行分析。结果与手术前相比,手术后患者机体疼痛感、髋关节评分、生活质量评分均有显著改善,且骨柄位置不存在明显松动现象,平均下截骨长度为(2.35±0.05)cm(P<0.05)。结论股骨转子下截骨联合S-ROM假体治疗高脱位髋臼发育不良具有显著的治疗效果,可作为高脱位髋臼发育不良患者的首选手术方案,但远期疗效还需进一步研究。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of subtrochanteric osteotomy combined with S-ROM prosthesis on patients with highdislocation acetabular dysplasia.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,50 patients with high-dislocation acetabular dysplasia were treated in our hospital.All patients underwent subtrochanteric osteotomy combined with S-ROM prosthesis,and their surgical effects were analyzed.Results Compared with before the operation,the patient's body pain,hip joint score,and quality of life score were significantly improved,and there was no obvious loosening of the stem position.The average lower osteotomy length was(2.35±0.05)cm(P<0.05).Conclusion Subtrochanteric osteotomy combined with S-ROM prosthesis has a significant therapeutic effect on high dislocation acetabular dysplasia and can be the first choice for patients with high dislocation acetabular dysplasia,but the long-term effect needs further research.
