脑电监测下全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞和单纯全身麻醉的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的回顾分析院内手术操作中实施全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞操作、单纯全身麻醉的应用效果差异,以期为推动临床相关手术麻醉研究提供参考。方法纳入2021年1月至2022年12月在我院实施腹腔镜手术治疗的患者60例,按照麻醉方式的不同分为对照组(30例,实施单纯全身麻醉操作)、观察组(30例,实施全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞操作),并对两组患者实施脑电监测操作,对相关数据信息进行收集与整理,最后利用统计学进行处理。结果观察组不同时间段平均动脉压指标、脑电双频指数变化、心率指标优于对照组,苏醒时间、拔管时间短于对照组,丙泊酚诱导浓度、丙泊酚使用量、舒芬太尼使用量、维库溴铵使用量少于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论结合脑电监测结果来看,采取全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞操作更有助于麻醉操作顺利开展,能够降低患者术中相关指标异常波动,有利于患者尽快苏醒,尽早拔除导管。Objective To review and analyze the effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural block and simple general anesthesia in hospital operation,hoping to promote the development of clinical related surgical anesthesia research.Methods The inclusion period was from January 2021 to December 2022.The patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the hospital during this period were studied and discussed,including 60 patients,who were divided into the control group(30 patients underwent simple general anesthesia)and the observation group(30 patients underwent general anesthesia combined with epidural block)through specific anesthesia methods,and the EEG monitoring operation was carried out for each patient,and the relevant data and information were collected and sorted,finally,statistics is used for processing.Results The mean arterial pressure index,the change of bispectral index of EEG,the heart rate index of the observation group at different time periods were better than those of the control group,the awakening time,the extubation time were shorter than those of the control group,the propofol induction concentration,the use of propofol,the use of sufentanil,the use of vecuronium were less than those of the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the EEG monitoring results,taking general anesthesia combined with epidural block is more conducive to the smooth operation of anesthesia,can reduce the risk of abnormal fluctuations in the relevant indicators of patients during the operation,is conducive to the early recovery of patients and the early removal of catheter.
