乐园式病房管理模式对手术患儿就医恐惧的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨乐园式病房管理模式对手术患儿就医恐惧的应用效果。方法选取2022年1~8月我院收治的458例手术患儿为研究对象,按照护理管理方式的差异分为观察组和对照组,每组各229例。对照组手术患儿采用常规护理干预,观察组手术患儿在护理期间采用乐园式病房管理模式。比较两组手术患儿就医恐惧评分改善情况(医疗环境恐惧、自我恐惧、医疗操作恐惧、人际关系恐惧)、两组护理人员收到的感谢信和锦旗数、护士被表扬次数、患儿及其家长满意度。结果两组手术患儿术前医疗环境恐惧、自我恐惧、医疗操作恐惧、人际关系恐惧等恐惧评分相比无明显差异(P>0.05),术后各项恐惧评分均比术前降低(P<0.05),且观察组医疗环境恐惧、自我恐惧、医疗操作恐惧、人际关系恐惧等评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理人员收到的感谢信和锦旗数、护士被表扬次数显著高于对照组手术(P<0.05);且观察组患儿及其家属对护理的满意度显著高于对照组手术(P<0.05)。结论乐园式病房管理模式对手术患儿就医恐惧具有良好的应用效果。Objective Exploring the appliaction effect of park style ward management mode on the fear of seeking medical treatment in surgical children.Methods Four hundred and fifty-eight surgical children admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the differences in nursing management,with 229 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,the observation group of surgical children adopted a park style ward management mode during the nursing period.Compare the improvement of the fear of medical treatment score(fear of medical environment,fear of self,fear of medical operation,fear of interpersonal relationship),the number of thank-you letters and banners received by the nurses in the two groups,the number of nurses praised,and the satisfaction of the children and their parents.Results There was no significant difference in the preoperative fear scores of medical environment fear,self-fear,medical operation fear and interpersonal relationship fear between the two groups(P>0.05),and the postoperative fear scores were lower than those before operation(P<0.05),and the scores of medical environment fear,self-fear,medical operation fear and interpersonal relationship fear in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The number of thank-you letters and banners received by the nursing staff in the observation group and the number of nurses praised were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the satisfaction of children and their families in the observation group with nursing care was significantly higher than that of children in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The park style ward management model has a good application effect on the fear of seeking medical treatment in surgical children.
