普外科护士压力现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的分析普外科护士压力现状以及有关影响因素。方法在本院普外科护理人员中随机选取68名作为研究对象,按照问卷调查的方式统计该部分护理人员压力来源,并对有关影响因素以及处理对策进行制定。结果不同科室在时间分配、日常工作量以及患者护理配合性、工作环境方面评分均存在有显著差异,P<0.05。不同科室患者在突发异常症状甚至死亡、担心工作中出现差错、工作量太大、倒班频率高、护理人员数量较少方面比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。而护理人员在年龄、文化程度、婚姻状态、健康状态、工作性质、职称、合同性质、职务、家庭月收入方面比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论导致普外科护理人员在日常工作中存在有较大压力的因素较为复杂,会在一定程度上影响各方面护理工作的顺利开展,在日常管理工作的过程中,需及时采取有效管理措施,缓解护理人员工作压力,间接达到提升护理工作质量的目的。Objective To analyze the current situation of pressure of nurses in general surgery and related influencing factors.Methods Sixty-eight cases of general surgical nursing staff in our hospital were randomly selected as the research object,and the sources of stress of the wedding staff were counted according to the questionnaire survey,and the relevant influencing factors and countermeasures were formulated.Results Statistics showed that there were significant differences in the scores of time allocation,daily workload,patient nursing cooperation and work environment between different departments(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in sudden abnormal symptoms or even death,worry about errors in work,too much workload,high frequency of shift work and less number of nursing staff among patients in different departments(P>0.05).There were significant differences in age,education level,marital status,health status,nature of work,professional title,nature of contract,position and family monthly income among nursing staff(P<0.05).Conclusion The factors that lead to greater pressure in the daily work of general surgical nursing staff are relatively complex,which will affect the smooth development of all aspects of nursing work to a certain extent.In the process of daily management,effective management measures need to be taken in time to relieve the working pressure of nursing staff,and indirectly achieve the purpose of improving the quality of nursing work.
