自制清热生肌散临床用于Ⅲ期压疮治疗的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨自制清热生肌散用于Ⅲ期压疮的临床治疗效果。方法以2021年10月至2023年2月接受治疗的80例Ⅲ期压疮患者作为研究对象,根据患者治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例患者,其中对照组患者选用传统生肌散组方治疗,观察组患者选用医院自制清热生肌散组方治疗,对两组患者的治疗疗效、不良反应、治疗周期、治疗费用等临床指标进行比对。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为97.50%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为85.00%,两组对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为12.50%,对照组不良反应发生率为27.50%,差异明显,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者采取自制清热生肌散组方治疗后的治疗周期和治疗费用均少于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论自制清热生肌散用于Ⅲ期压疮的治疗效果明显优于传统生肌散,自制清热生肌散外敷治疗能降低患者不良反应发生率、缩短治疗周期、降低医疗费用,是较为理想的治疗方法。Objective To explore the clinical effect of qingre shengji powder in the treatment of StageⅢbedsore.Methods A total of 80 patients with stageⅢdecubitus 2021,who were treated from October to February of the 2023,were divided into control group and observation group according to the different treatment methods,40 patients in each group were treated with traditional qingre shengji powder in the control group and self-made qingre shengji powder in the observation group,the curative effect,adverse reaction and treatment cycle of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment for patients in the observation group after taking the self-made qingre shengji powder formula was 97.50%,while the effective rate of treatment for patients in the control group after taking the traditional Shengji Powder formula was 85.00%.The difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group after treatment was 12.50%,while the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 27.50%,with significant differences(P<0.05).The treatment cycle and cost of patients in the observation group treated with self-made qingre shengji powder were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The study of the therapeutic effect of two groups of Shengji powder onⅢstage pressure sore shows that the therapeutic effect of qingre shengji powder is obviously better than that of traditional Shengji powder,external application of qingre shengji powder can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,shorten the treatment cycle and reduce medical costs,which is an ideal treatment method.
