全程连续性护理对2型糖尿病患者心理状态及希望水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨对2型糖尿病患者予以全程连续性护理对其心理状态及希望水平的影响。方法纳入我院2022年1月至2022年7月90例2型糖尿病患者,对照组(n=45)实施常规护理,观察组(n=45)实施全程连续性护理,检测两组治疗前后糖代谢情况,应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评估两组干预前后心理状态,应用Herth希望量表(HHI)评估两组干预前后希望水平。结果干预后,观察组血糖较对照组低(P<0.05);干预后,观察组心理状态评分较对照组低(P<0.05);干预后,观察组希望水平评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者予以全程连续性护理效果显著,不仅可以促进机体糖代谢,有效控制血糖水平,避免病情进展,同时还能改善其心理状态,并提高患者希望水平,从而加快病情康复速度,具有较高有效性。Objective To explore the effect of whole-course continuous nursing on psychological state and hope level of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Ninety patients with type 2 diabetes were included in our hospital from January to July 2022.The control group(n=45)received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=45)received whole-course continuous nursing.The glucose metabolism of the two groups before and after treatment was detected,and the mental state of the two groups before and after intervention was assessed by Symptom Self-rating Scale(SCL-90),Herth Hope Scale(HHI)was used to evaluate the hope level before and after intervention.Results After intervention,blood glucose in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the psychological status score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,hope level score of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole-course continuous nursing for patients with type 2 diabetes has significant effects,which can not only promote the body's sugar metabolism,effectively control blood sugar level and avoid the progression of the disease,but also improve their psychological state and improve the hope level of patients,so as to accelerate the speed of recovery.It has high effectiveness.
