坐-立-行目标性锻炼结合激励式护理干预对脑出血术后患者神经功能、运动能力及心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨坐-立-行目标性锻炼结合激励式护理干预对脑出血术后患者神经功能、运动能力及心理状态的影响。方法从2018年9月至2020年10月时间段,选取脑出血术后患者90例,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组45例接受常规护理,观察组45例在对照组基础上加坐-立-行目标性锻炼结合激励式护理干预,对两组干预前后神经功能、运动能力及心理状态进行比较。结果观察组干预后NIHSS、MMSE评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后FMA、FAC步行评分均高于对照组,有明显差异(P<0.05);观察组干预后HAMA、HAMD评分明显较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论坐-立-行目标性锻炼结合激励式护理干预可促进脑出血术后患者神经功能恢复,改善其运动能力,减轻心理负担。Objective To explore the effects of sitting-standing-action targeted exercise combined with stimulating nursing intervention on neurological function,exercise ability and mental state of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation.Methods From September 2018 to October 2020,90 postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected and randomly divided into two groups using the number table method.The control group consisted of 45 patients who received routine care,while the observation group consisted of 45 patients who received sitting-standing-action target exercise combined with motivational nursing interventions on top of the control group.The neurological function,the exercise ability and the mental state before and after intervention of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the NIHSS and MMSE scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the FMA and FAC walking scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sitting-standing-action targeted exercise combined with motivational nursing intervention can promote the recovery of neurological function of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation,improve their exercise ability and reduce psychological burden.
