耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷对冠心病患者护理效果及对睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨在冠心病患者的护理过程中采用耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷对其睡眠质量的影响。方法从我院2021年6月至2022年6月收治的冠心病患者中抽取80例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法作为分组方法,分组后对照组与观察组的例数均为40例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷,对比两组护理前后的中医证候积分、睡眠质量和不良心血管事件发生率。结果观察组护理后的心悸症状评分、胸痛症状评分和乏力症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良心血管事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在冠心病患者的护理过程中采用耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷可以显著改善其中医证候积分,提高其睡眠质量,减少不良心血管事件的发生。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of auricular point sticking combined with acupoint applying on sleep quality of patients with coronary heart disease during nursing.Methods From the patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022,80 cases were selected as the research objects of this paper,and random number table method was used as the case grouping method.After grouping,the number of cases in both control group and observation group was 40 cases.Routine nursing was implemented in the control group,and auricular point pressure combined with acupoint application was implemented in the observation group based on the control group.The TCM syndrome score,sleep quality and incidence of adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups before and after care.Results The scores of palpitation symptom,chest pain symptom and fatigue symptom in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The Pittsburg sleep quality index(PSQI)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process of patients with coronary heart disease,auricular point sticking combined with acupoint applying can significantly improve their TCM syndrome score,improve their sleep quality and reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events.
