精准护理对轻度妊娠期高血压患者妊娠结局的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析精准护理对轻度妊娠期高血压患者妊娠结局的影响。方法研究对象为2019年11月至2020年1月在我院收治的80例轻度妊娠期高血压患者,按就诊顺序编号,均分为两组,各40例。奇数编号为对照组,偶数编号为观察组。全部患者均接受常规吸氧、降压、利尿等常规治疗措施,在这一基础上将常规护理干预模式应用于对照组,将精准护理干预模式应用于观察组。比较两组患者治疗依从性,比较两组患者干预前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,比较两组产妇结局及新生儿结局。结果将两组患者治疗依从率进行对比,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前两组患者HAMA、HAMD评分无明显差异(P>0.05),经过干预后观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组早产率、产后出血发生率、胎盘早剥发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组胎儿窘迫及新生儿窒息发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对轻度妊娠期高血压患者实施精准护理模式效果确切,有助于改善患者负面情绪,提高其治疗依从性,对于改善妊娠结局具有积极作用,值得临床采纳。Objective To explore the effect of precision nursing on pregnancy outcome of patients with mild gestational hypertension.Methods Eighty patients with mild gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to January 2020 were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.Odd number was control group,even number was observation group.All patients received conventional treatment measures such as routine oxygen inhalation,hypotension and diuresis.On this basis,the conventional nursing intervention model was applied to the control group,and the precise nursing intervention model was applied to the observation group.The treatment compliance of the two groups was compared.The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.The maternal and neonatal outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results Compared the treatment compliance rate of the two groups,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of premature birth,postpartum hemorrhage and placental abruption in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of precise nursing mode for patients with mild gestational hypertension is exact,which helps to improve the negative emotions of patients,improve the treatment compliance,and has a positive effect on improving the pregnancy outcome,which is worthy of clinical adoption.
