摘 要:结合硅太阳电池电致发光(EL)和光致发光(PL)的原理分析,提出利用EL和PL图像来分析太阳电池Ag-Si接触电阻性能的新方法。制备用于n型太阳电池的两组不同体系玻璃粉的正银浆料,经丝网印刷、烧结后制得太阳电池。通过PL检测、EL检测和Ag-Si接触电阻测试,对太阳电池正银电极的欧姆接触性能进行分析,发现Pb-B-Si体系玻璃制备的正银浆料经烧结后形成的电极性能较好。通过对玻璃粉的同步热分析仪(TGA-DSC)分析,发现转变温度Tg较低的玻璃粉制备的电极浆料所形成的电极接触性能较好。Combining the principle analysis of the EL and PL of silicon solar cells,a new method using EL and PL images to analyze the Ag-Si contact resistance performance of the solar cells is proposed.Two groups of front-side silver pastes with different systems glass powder for n-type solar cells are prepared.The solar cells are fabricated after screen printing and sintering.The ohmic contact performance of the front-side silver electrode is analyzed via PL test,EL test and Ag-Si contact resistance test.It is found that the front-side silver paste of the Pb-B-Si systems glass powder has better electrode performance after sintering.The performance of the glass powder is analyzed via TGA-DSC,and it is found that the contact performance of the electrode formed by the electrode paste prepared from the glass powder with lower Tg(glass transition temperature)is better.
