摘　　要：为了对交通类型建筑在复合用地前提下的设计进行研究,论文对金华万达南TOD项目设计过程进行详细分析,从规划角度提出了4个一体化的设计思路,合理实现了项目地块的复合利用,解决了项目的交通难题。In order to study the design of traffic type buildings under the premise of composite land use,this paper analyzes the design process of Jinhua Wanda South TOD project in detail,four integrated design ideas are put forward from the planning point of view,so as to rationally realize the composite utilization of the project plots and solve the traffic problems of the project.
