摘  要:在盐雾的影响下,滨海建筑墙体常常受到盐分的侵入。墙体含盐后,湿物理性质会发生改变并进而影响到建筑能耗。获取含盐多孔建筑材料的吸湿行为是滨海建筑节能研究的前提。本文对不同含盐量的加气混凝土在不同湿度环境下的吸湿行为进行了测试。实验共有4个含盐量工况和8个环境湿度工况,连续监测了95 d。实验结果表明:1)盐分对加气混凝土平衡含湿量的影响随环境湿度的增大而增大。以环境相对湿度75.5%为分界线,在分界线以下盐分对平衡含湿量的影响较小,与均一性误差为同一数量级;在分界线以上盐分的存在可以使平衡含湿量增大2倍以上;2)盐分的存在使得试件需要经历更长时间才能吸湿平衡。当试件含盐量为0.87%、环境相对湿度为97.6%时,试件吸湿平衡所需时间在90天以上。With the influence of salt fog,the walls of coastal buildings are often eroded by salt.After contaminated with salt,the hygric properties of the wall will change,thus affecting the energy consumption of buildings.To understand the hygroscopic behavior of porous building materials contaminated with salt is the prerequisite for the study on energy conservation for coastal buildings.Therefore,the hygroscopic behavior of autoclaved aerated concrete(AAC)with different salt content in different humidity levels was tested in this paper.The experiments covered four conditions of salt content and eight conditions of relative humidity,which were continuously monitored for 95 days.The results show that 1)the influence of salt on the equilibrium moisture content of AAC increases with the increase of ambient humidity.Taking the ambient relative humidity of 75.5%as the dividing line,the influence of salt on the equilibrium moisture content below the dividing line is weak,staying at the same order of magnitude as the homogeneous error;the presence of salt above the dividing line can increase the equilibrium moisture content by more than two times.2)The presence of salt makes the specimen take longer to moisture absorption equilibrate.When the salt content of the test piece is 0.87%and the relative humidity of the environment is 97.6%,the time required for the moisture absorption equilibrium of the test piece will be over 90 days.
