摘  要:外窗的隔声量受玻璃、窗框以及密封性等诸多因素的影响,由于整窗结构的复杂性,外窗隔声性能往往是通过实验测量而非计算得到。由于玻璃和窗框可以组合成不同的外窗,若每一种组合的隔声量都需要实测得到,会耗费大量的时间和经济成本。因此,本文对不同窗框型材对外窗隔声量的影响进行了分析,并将建筑外窗视为玻璃与窗框的组合,其中窗框包含了不同材质、形式以及密封性能等因素,结合组合隔声量的计算原理,总结出预测同类窗框下不同规格玻璃的整窗隔声量经验方法。与实测结果对比表明,基于Sharp模型计算到的玻璃隔声量忽视了窗框对整窗隔声量的影响,加装不同型材的窗框后会造成隔声量在500~3 150 Hz频率范围内有不同程度的降低。本文所提出的隔声量预测方法更准确预测整窗的隔声量,有助于指导开发不同组合的建筑外窗。The sound insulation performance of external windows is affected by many factors such as glass,window frame,and sealing performance.Due to the complexity of the window structure,the sound insulation performance of external windows is often measured through experiments rather than calculation.With various combinations of glasses and frames for external windows,it will consume a large amount of time and funds to measure each combination.Therefore,this paper analyzed the influence of different window frames on the sound insulation performance of external windows,and,based on the combined sound insulation calculation method,summarized the empirical method for predicting the sound insulation performance of windows with different glass under the same frame.This paper considered the external window as a combination of glass and window frame,in which the window frame includes factors such as different frame materials,forms,and sealing performance.Compared with the experimental results,the sound insulation performance of the glass calculated based on the Sharp model overlooks the effect of the frame on the sound insulation performance of the window,and after installing the window frame,the sound insulation performance will be reduced to varying degrees in the frequency range of 500~3,150Hz.The sound insulation prediction method proposed in this paper can predict the sound insulation of the window more accurately,which is helpful to guide the development of external windows with different combinations.
