摘  要:存量建筑提效转型的背景下,人们对建筑节能和室内舒适性的要求不断提高。建筑外遮阳可有效减少进入室内的太阳辐射,从而降低夏季空调运行能耗并减少室内眩光,但相关研究和应用在北方地区较少。本文以北京某高校教学办公楼立面改造为对象,运用Ecotect软件展开模拟分析,探讨垂直遮阳百叶的宽度、旋转角度与太阳遮挡率、室内照度和室内视线5个要素相互影响制约的关系曲线,从中找出垂直遮阳百叶的最佳设置方案,实现建筑外遮阳的科学设计。Under the background of efficiency improvement and transformation of existing buildings,people's requirements for building energy conservation and indoor comfort continue to rise.Building external shading can effectively reduce the solar radiation entering the room,so as to reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning operation in summer and reduce indoor glare,but research and applications in the north are rarely seen.Taking the facade reconstruction of a teaching office building in a Beijing university as the object,this paper used Ecotect software to carry out simulation analysis,and discussed the relationship curve between the width and rotation angle of the vertical sunshade shutter and the five elements of the sun shading rate,indoor illumination and indoor line of sight,to select the best setting scheme of the vertical sunshade shutter,and realize the scientific design of the external sunshade of the building.
