摘  要:针对目前冷冻水一次泵变频控制策略在应用于多种末端组合的空调系统时节能效果不佳的问题,提出了1种基于空调箱水阀开度和风机盘管风量档位等末端调节信号的综合控制策略。该策略通过保持至少1种末端调节信号的最大值位于设定区间内来调节水泵频率,从而降低水泵能耗。构建了风机盘管设计冷量占比分别为0.7、0.5、0.3的空调系统模型,将所提出的综合控制策略应用于该系统,并与传统的定干管压差控制策略进行比较。结果表明:基于末端调节信号的综合控制策略可显著降低冷冻水流量和输配能耗,最大降幅分别为55.5%和73.6%。In order to solve the problem that the frequency conversion control strategy of chilled water primary pump is not effective when applied to air conditioning systems with multiple terminal combinations,a comprehensive control strategy based on terminal adjustment signals such as air conditioning box valve position and fan coil volume position was proposed.The strategy adjusts the pump frequency by keeping the maximum value of at least one terminal regulating signal in the set range,thus reducing the pump energy consumption.Air conditioning system models with the share of the designed cooling capacity of fan coil being 0.7,0.5,and 0.3 were built,and the proposed comprehensive control strategy was applied to this system and compared with the conventional fixed main pipe pressure difference control strategy.The results show that the comprehensive control strategy based on terminal regulation signals can significantly reduce chilled water flow and energy consumption,with a maximum reduction of 55.5%and 73.6%,respectively.
