摘  要:本研究针对夏热冬冷地区典型城市上海,选取窗墙比、分户墙传热系数、楼板传热系数、屋面传热系数、外墙传热系数、外窗传热系数、遮阳系数和换气次数等性能参数作为变量,进行了间歇模式下的建筑能耗模拟,通过2 000组以上的全工况计算,将能耗中位值确定为建筑能效提升后的目标,即全年冷热负荷30.2 kW·h/m^(2),供暖供冷耗电量11.2 kW·h/m^(2)。通过正交试验工况研究得到该能耗目标下的围护结构性能参数的敏感度排序,以及本文能耗目标下的分别满足夏季最优、冬季最优和全年最优的围护结构性能参数组合,可看出夏季能耗最显著影响参数为换气次数和遮阳系数,冬季为换气次数和外墙传热系数。同时本研究的能耗指标和技术路径分析思路也可为节能设计提供参考。With Shanghai,a typical city in hot summer and cold winter region,as the object,the performance parameters such as window wall ratio,heat transfer coefficient of the partition wall,floor,roof,external wall,and external window,together with shading coefficient and ventilation rate were selected as variables to simulate the building energy consumption under intermittent mode.After all-condition calculation of more than 2,o00 groups s,the median value of energy consumption was determined as the goal of building energy efficiency improvement,i.e.,under intermittent energy consumption mode,the annual total heating and cooling load of 30.2 kW·h/m^(2),and the power consumption of 11.2 kW·h/m^(2).By using orthogonal test conditions,sensitivity of envelope performance parameters was obtained,and the combination of envelope performance parameters meeting the lowest energy consumption target in summer,winter,and the whole year was given.The most significant influencing parameters of energy consumption in summer are ventilation times and shading coefficient,and in winter are ventilation times and external wall heat transfer coefficient.At the same time,the energy consumption indicators and technical path analysis ideas of this study can also provide a reference for energy-saving design.
