摘  要:基于某省11个城市和37个工程的实地调研情况,本文评估了当地地热清洁供暖的资源禀赋、开发利用、运行效果等情况,对当地地热清洁供暖的发展对策进行了深入分析。研究表明,虽然当地地热资源丰富、集中供热需求强烈,但是受到勘察评价不充分、开发利用不科学、体制机制不健全等问题,导致部分工程运行效果不佳、技术经济性较差等情况,甚至出现工程停运现象。针对上述问题,建议当地应兼顾热源、供热和用热等各环节,从法律、规划、管理、政策、标准等方面系统化统筹推进地热清洁供暖发展,加速当地供热脱碳进程。本研究旨在为地热清洁供暖的技术路径优化和政策措施完善提供参考依据。Based on the field investigation of 11 cities and 37 projects in a province,this paper evaluated the resource reserve,development and utilization,operation effects and other aspects of local geothermal clean heating,and then analyzed the development countermeasures in depth.The results show that although the local geothermal energy resources are rich and the demands for central heating are strong,it is subject to the problems of inadequate resource survey,unscientific utilization as well as imperfect system and mechanism,resulting in weak operation effect,poor economy,and even shutdown of some projects.It is suggested that local governments should coordinate and promote the development of geothermal clean heating from the aspects of laws,planning,management,policies,standards,and technologies,to accelerate the process of local heating decarbonization.The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for technical path optimization and policy improvement of geothermal clean heating.
