摘  要:针对海上油田聚合物驱母液配制过程中产生气泡、溶解氧引起聚合物黏度下降等问题,开展化学除氧剂的优选。通过室内评价实验优选出4#除氧剂,其加量为10 000 mg/L时,非饱和氧浓度下2 h除氧率为45.45%,饱和氧浓度下2.0 h除氧率为47.37%,且不影响聚合物溶液黏度。现场试验显示,4#除氧剂作业2 h的除氧率超过57%,能够有效改善海上聚合物配制过程中气泡和溶解氧的问题,可在海上油田化学驱配制中推广应用。The optimization of chemical deoxidizer was carried out to solve the problems such as bubbles generated during the preparation of polymer flooding mother liquor in offshore oil fields and the viscosity drop of polymer caused by dissolved oxygen.When the experiment selected 4#deoxidizer with a concentration of 10000 mg/L,the a deoxygenation rate was 45.45%under unsaturated oxygen conditions for 2.0 h.Under saturated oxygen concentration,the deoxygenation rate for 2.0 was 47.37%,which did not affect the viscosity of the polymer solution.Field tests showed that the 4#deoxidizer had a deoxidization rate of over 57%,which could effectively solve the problems of bubbles and dissolved oxygen in offshore polymer preparation process.It can be promoted and applied in chemical flooding in offshore oil field.
