摘 要:江苏油田呈小区块多、集油管线分散、单井液量较低的特点,目前基本使用三管伴热和中频加热方式进行采输,沿程热损高,采输系统能耗高、效率低。为达到采输系统低能耗降温输送的目的,针对H区块生产和集输现状,通过潜力分析,提出室内实验优化加剂方案并进行现场试验。结果表明:井口套管投加流动改进剂,能够起到降阻、降黏及降低井口回压的作用。针对低液量、中低含水率单井,管线输送压力平均降低40%以上,夏季可实现常温输送,冬季输送温度平均降低5℃,可降低伴热能耗75%以上。There are many plots in Jiangsu oilfield.The collection pipelines are scattered and the fluid volume of a single well is low.At present,three-pipe heat tracing and intermediate frequency heating are basically used for production and transportation.The heat loss along the production is high,and the production and transportation system has high energy consumption and low efficiency.In order to reduce the energy consumption of the production and achieve the purpose of cooling transportation,based on the current situation of production and gathering and transportation in block H,the dosing scheme was optimized in laboratory experiments and field tests were carried out through potential analysis.Results showed that the application of flow improver in wellhead casing could reduce resistance,viscosity and wellhead back pressure.For single wells with low liquid volume and medium and low water cut,the pipeline conveying pressure could be reduced by more than 40%on average.The conveying temperature was normal in summer,but it could be reduced by 5 C on average in winter,and the heat tracing energy consumption could be reduced by more than 75%.
