摘 要:α-半水石膏为二水石膏脱水形成的中间产物,因其胶凝硬化体组织紧密、硬度大,具备较高的热力学性能和生态兼容性,被广泛应用于中端建筑以及精密模具等行业中,在绿色建材行业拥有很大市场,是我国目前最具潜力的磷石膏综合利用途径之一。简述α-半水石膏近年来研究进展,包括形成机制、制备工艺、应用情况及未来发展展望,旨在提高磷石膏综合利用率,为早日实现碳达峰、碳中和目标提供新的发展思路。α-hemihydrous gypsum is an intermediate product formed by dehydration of dihydrous gypsum.Because of its compact structure,high hardness,high thermodynamic properties and ecological compatibility,it is widely used in the mid-end construction,as well as precision mould and other industries,and has a great market in the green building materials industry,which is one of the most potential ways of phosphogypsum comprehensive utilization in our country now.The research progress ofα-hemihydrous gypsum in recent years,including its formation mechanism,preparation process,application and future development prospect,is summarized in order to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of phosphogypsum and provide a new development idea for realizing the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality as soon as possible.
