电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定含硫锌磷铵中的氧化锌

摘  要:含硫锌磷铵样品采用盐酸溶液(1+1)预处理后,通过优化仪器参数,确定特征谱线和观测方式,建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定含硫锌磷铵中氧化锌的方法。实验结果表明,线性回归方程相关系数为0.9999,加标回收率在100.0%~102.7%,方法的精密度高,检出限低,结果准确可靠,适用于w(ZnO)≤5%的样品。After pre-treatment of ammonium phosphate containing sulfur and zinc samples with hydrochloric acid solution(1+1),the characteristic spectral lines and observation methods are determined by optimizing instrument parameters,and an ICP-OES method is established for the determination of zinc oxide in ammonium phosphate'containing sulfur and zinc.The experimental results show that the correlation coefficient of the linear regression equation is 0.9999,and the recovery rate is 100.0%-102.7%.The method has high precision,low detection limit,the results are accurate and reliable results,the method is suitable for samples with a zinc oxide content of≤5%.
