With the rapid development of China′s economy, people′s requirements for living environment are more and more high, and more and more people pay attention to livable living environment. When buying or renting a house, whether the residential area is livable has become an important reference for people to make decisions. The data used in the traditional livability evaluation method of residential areas are of low current status, and the traditional data cannot objectively reflect the situation of residential areas. In view of the above problems,FME is used to collect large amounts of data over the Internet, such as Link-home,Baidu map,Public comments, and so on.Setting urban residential area as the research object, and by using the gravity model in Guangzhou community livability evaluation, creating the village site template at the same time, producing Guangzhou Internet spatiotemporal traffic circle by using FME.According to the selected center, the model can give livability index of all community in half an hour traffic ring.
