摘  要:选取2020年南海水域典型月份的船舶卫星AIS数据,采用数据挖掘技术(DM)、地理信息系统技术(GIS)及交通流理论对南海水域的船舶活动进行可视化分析。结果表明:南海水域的船舶航线分布与商船推荐航路高度匹配,航迹带宽度特征明显;途径台湾海峡南部水域的船舶数量明显增多;南海海事安全管理与服务保障布局应聚焦船舶主体航路带、重要海峡、重点离岸岛礁和沿海水域。该研究结论可为我国南海水域船舶安全管理与服务能力保障布局与建设等提供基础理论支撑。The ship satellite AIS data of typical months in the South China Sea waters in 2020 were selected,the ship activities in the South China Sea waters were visually analyzed by using the data mining technology((DM),geographic information system technology(GIS)and traffic flow theory.The results show that the distribution of ship routes in South China Sea waters is highly compatible with the recommended routes for merchant ships,and the track belt width is obvious;the number of ships passing by the southern waters of Taiwan Strait is obviously increased;South China Sea maritime safety management and service security layout should focus on the main shipping routes belt,important straits,key offshore islands and reefs,and coastal waters.The research conclusion can provide basic theoretical support for the layout and construction of ship safety management and service capacity guarantee in the South China Sea waters.
