摘　　要：术后确诊结核的肺部结节又称结核结节,是肺结节手术切除后常见的良性病变,其术后的规范诊治十分重要。本共识聚焦术后结核结节的诊断、治疗原则、治疗监测与随访等内容,汇集感染、胸外、影像和病理等多学科专家意见,系统阐述术后结核结节的管理经验,旨在规范其诊治行为,提高术后结核结节的临床诊治能力。本共识主要针对术前诊断不明,术后明确为结核的肺部结节,而术前结核诊断明确,通过外科手术治疗肺结核的管理不在此共识讨论范围内。Tuberculous nodules are the most common type of surgically resected benign pulmonary nodules.Standardized diagnosis and treatment of tuberculous nodules after surgical resection is crucial.With joint efforts of experts in the fields of infectious diseases,thoracic surgery,medical imaging and pathology,this consensus comprehensively summarizes the principles of diagnosis,treatment,monitoring and follow-up of tuberculosis nodules after surgical resection to reduce the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of this condition.The consensus focuses on pulmonary tuberculous nodules with unknown preoperative diagnosis which are confirmed after surgery.The management of surgically treated pulmonary tuberculosis is not included in this consensus.
