基于李东垣的脾胃理论探讨持续性炎症-免疫抑制-分解代谢综合征的中医治疗

摘　　要：文章以李东垣的脾胃理论为基础,分析脾胃功能与持续性炎症-免疫抑制-分解代谢综合征的关系,并结合现代研究阐述脾胃虚弱与机体持续性炎症状态、免疫抑制、代谢紊乱的相关性,认为正虚邪犯是其重要病机。运用益气健脾的基本治法,恢复脾升胃降的功能,可使机体气血生化有源,气机条达,脏腑功能活动恢复正常,为其从脾胃角度的临床辨证论治开拓思路。Based on Li Dongyuan′s spleen and stomach theory,this paper analyzes the relationship between persistent inflammation,immunosuppression,and catabolism syndrome and the spleen and stomach functions.Based on modern research results,this paperclarifies the correlations of spleen deficiency withthe body′s inflammatory state,immunosuppression,and catabolic disorders.It is believedthat the deficiency of healthy qi and invasion of external pathogens is the major pathogenesis of persistent inflammation,immunosuppression,and catabolism syndrome.The method of invigorating spleen and replenishing qi can be used to restore spleen and stomach functionsand supply the source ofqi and blood.This therapy enriches the ideas for the clinical treatment of persistent inflammation,immunosuppression,and catabolism syndrome from the spleen and stomach theory.
