摘  要:以6082-T6挤压铝合金防撞梁为例,采用创新低成本挤压铝合金压弯工艺,将薄板冲压的压弯成形及回弹分析方法应用于挤压铝合金的实体压弯工艺。对材料模型、单元类型、网格划分和参数设置等进行了研究,并通过样件试制验证了回弹分析的精度。针对纵向回弹,上、下模型面一致性差以及回弹补偿迭代效率低的问题,提出了弦截法回弹补偿迭代优化流程。将该流程应用于挤压铝合金防撞梁的压弯成形及回弹分析,并获得最终补偿量。最后对压弯模具上、下模型面进行独立补偿。结果表明,该流程能较快较准确地预估挤压铝合金防撞梁上、下模型面的回弹补偿量,指导生产获得合格零件。Taking 6082-T6 extruded aluminum alloy anti-collision beam as an example,the innovative low-cost bending process of extruded aluminum alloy was adopted,and the bending forming and springback analysis methods of sheet stamping were applied to solid bending process of extruded aluminum alloy.The material model,element type,mesh division and parameter setting,etc.,were studied.The accuracy of springback analysis was verified through trial production of samples.Aiming at the problems of longitudinal springback,the poor consistency of upper and lower die profiles and low efficiency of springback compensation iteration,the springback compensation iterative optimization process of chord section method was proposed.The process was applied to bending forming and springback analysis of extruded aluminum alloy anti-collision beam,and the final compensation values were obtained.Finally,the profiles of upper and lower bending dies were compensated independently.The results show that this process can predict the springback compensation of upper and lower die profiles of extruded aluminum alloy anti-collision beam quickly and accurately,which guides the production to obtain qualified parts.
