摘  要:针对现场对于热连轧宽展模型依赖人工经验、无法实现定量调整,造成宽度控制精度差的问题,充分考虑热连轧机组的设备和工艺特点,在研究带钢压下量、后张力、宽度和轧制温度等工艺参数对宽展量模型影响的基础上,建立了一套适合于热连轧机组宽展量预报的模型,给出了相应的模型特征参数计算方法。定量分析了压下规程、张力制度以及轧制温度可优化参数对带钢宽展量的影响,结果表明,压下规程对带钢宽展量的影响较为显著,张力制度和轧制温度对带钢宽展量影响较弱,因此可对压下规程进行主要控制,对张力制度和轧制温度作精细调整。将此研究应用于某2050热连轧机组的生产实践,取得了良好的使用效果。Aiming at the problems that the wide spread model of hot tandem rolling relies on manual experience and the quantitative adjustment cannot be realized,resulting in poor width control accuracy,considering the equipment and process characteristics of the hot tandem rolling mill,based on the study of the influence of process parameters such as strip steel reduction,back tension,width and rolling temperature on the wide spread model,a set of prediction model suitable for wide spread model of hot tandem rolling mill was established,and the corresponding calculation method of model characteristic parameters was given.The influence of optimization parameters for reduction schedule,tension system and rolling temperature on the wide spread of strip steel was quantitatively analyzed.The results show that the influence of reduction schedule on wide spread of strip steel is significant,while the influence of tension system and rolling temperature on wide spread of strip steel is weak,so the reduction schedule can be mainly controlled and the tension system and rolling temperature can be finely adjusted.This research was applied to the production practice of a 2050 hot tandem rolling mill,and good application results were obtained.
