水面舰艇艇员睡眠与幸福感的关系:链式中介模型

摘　　要：目的 探讨海军水面舰艇艇员睡眠、应对倾向、焦虑和幸福感的关系,阐明睡眠影响幸福感的心理机制。方法 采取随机抽样法抽取水面舰艇艇员295人进行问卷调查,采用阿森斯失眠量表、广泛性焦虑量表、简易应对方式问卷和纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表进行问卷调查。使用Pearson相关分析、中介效应检验进行数据分析。结果 共收回有效问卷288份,有效回收率为97.63%。相关分析结果显示,水面舰艇艇员睡眠与应对倾向、睡眠与幸福感、应对倾向与焦虑、焦虑与幸福感均呈负相关(P均<0.01),睡眠与焦虑、应对倾向与幸福感均呈正相关(P均<0.01)。链式中介效应分析显示,睡眠既可以通过应对倾向、焦虑的单独部分中介作用,也能通过应对倾向、焦虑的部分链式中介作用影响水面舰艇艇员的幸福感。结论 应对倾向、焦虑在海军水面舰艇艇员睡眠与幸福感之间起部分链式中介作用。Objective To explore the relationship between sleep,coping tendency,anxiety and subjective well-being among crew of surface warship,and to elucidate the psychological mechanism of sleep affecting subjective well-being.Methods A total of 295 crew members of surface warship were selected by random sampling method.Athens insomnia scale,generalized anxiety disorder-7,simplified coping style questionnaire and Memorial University of Newfoundland scale of happiness were used for questionnaire survey.Pearson correlation analysis and mediation effect test were used for data analyses.Results A total of 288 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 97.63%.The results of the correlation analysis showed that sleep was negatively correlated with coping tendency and subjective well-being,coping tendency was negatively correlated with anxiety,and anxiety was negatively correlated with subjective well-being(all P<0.01);sleep was positively correlated with anxiety,and coping tendency was positively correlated with subjective well-being(both P<0.01).The analysis of chain mediating effect showed that the sleep of the members could affect the subjective well-being not only through the single partial mediating effects of coping tendency and anxiety,but also through the partial chain mediating effects of coping tendency and anxiety.Conclusion Coping tendency and anxiety play a part of chain mediating role between sleep and subjective well-being among crew members of surface warship.
