摘 要:针对高温条件下降失水剂性能不理想问题,依靠纳米材料自身的耐温性能,利用溶胶-溶液法在纳米二氧化硅表面接枝一定的疏水聚合物单体AEPM,得到一种耐温降失水剂FY-RM。从失水性、耐温性、耐盐性、吸附性4个方面对FY-RM水泥浆体系的性能进行研究。结果表明:当FY-RM质量分数为1.0%时,盐度在35%以内,温度240℃条件下水泥浆体系API失水量低于80 mL,FY-RM降失水剂具有良好耐温抗盐性能。Aiming at the unsatisfactory performance of fluid loss reducer under high temperature conditions,based on the temperature resistance of the nanomaterial itself,and the sol-solution method was used to graft a certain hydrophobic polymer monomer AEPM on the surface of the nano-silica to obtain a temperature-resistant fluid loss reducer FY-RM.The performance of FY-RM cement slurry system was studied from four aspects of water loss,temperature resistance,salt resistance and adsorption.The experimental results showed that when the concentration of FY-RM was 1.0%,the salinity was within 35%,and the API water loss of the cement slurry system was less than 80 mL at a temperature of 240℃,and the FY-RM fluid loss reducer had good temperature resistance and salt resistance.
