摘 要:硫化氢是工业生产的有害物质,会导致下游贵金属催化剂中毒,造成经济损失。常用的硫化氢脱除方法为干法和湿法,干法脱硫设备简单,价格低廉,净化效果好等有点作为常用的脱硫方法。其中羟基铁脱硫剂在市场应用广泛,有脱硫效果好,使用精度高,价格低等优势。合成羟基铁需要控制温度,pH值等工艺条件。影响脱硫效果的因素有脱硫剂使用温度,原料气硫化氢含量等因素。实验通过控制制备工艺,合成出性能优良的以γ-Fe OOH为主要成分的羟基铁粉体,考察粉体的物性及脱除硫化氢的效果。通过挤条成型技术制备成脱硫剂产品,分析脱硫剂的物性,评价考察其脱硫效果。实验表明,脱硫剂在较高空速下使用,其穿透硫容可达53%。经过再生后,其也有较高的脱硫效果。Hydrogen sulfide is harmful substance in industrial production,which can lead to downstream precious metal catalyst poisoning,resulting in economic losses.The commonly used methods of hydrogen sulfide removal include dry method and wet method.The dry desulfurization equipment is simple,the price is low,and the purification effect is good.Among them,hydroxyl iron desulfurizer is widely used in the market,which has the advantages of good desulfurization effect,high accuracy and low price.The temperature,pH value and other technological conditions need be controlled in the synthesis of hydroxyl iron.The factors that affect the desulfurization effect are the use temperature of desulfurizer and the content of hydrogen sulfide in feed gas.By controlling the preparation process,the hydroxyl iron powder with excellent performance andγ-FeOOH as the main component was synthesized,and the physical properties of the powder and the effect of removing hydrogen sulfide were investigated.The desulfurizer product was prepared by extruding molding techniques,the physical properties of the desulfurizer were analyzed,and the desulfurization effect was evaluated.Experiments showed that when the desulfurizer was used at high space velocity,its sulfur penetration capacity could reach 53%.After regeneration,it also had high desulfurization effect.
