摘　　要：异丙醇作为一种重要的有机化工原料,广泛应用于各个行业。以丙烯、水为原料,采用气液混相法制备异丙醇,具有能耗低、节能环保、产品纯度高等优点。根据年产10万t异丙醇的生产负荷,对异丙醇精制精馏塔进行设计。As an important organic chemical raw material,isopropanol is widely used in various industries.In this design,using propylene and water as raw materials,isopropanol can be produced by gas liquid miscible method.The method has many advantages,such as low energy consumption,high product purity,energy conservation and environmental protection.In this paper,the distillation tower was designed and calculated according to the production load of 100 kt·a^(-1) isopropanol.
