摘　　要：海水换热器作为FPSO原油处理系统中的原油冷却装置,对原油处理、储存、外输至关重要。针对海水换热器在使用中出现的串流故障,提出了现场应急处理办法,并且对产生串流故障的原因展开了分析,制定了下一步检修计划,为海上油田同类型的海水换热器故障检修提供了参考依据。As the crude oil cooling device in the FPSO crude oil processing system,the seawater heat exchanger is very important for crude oil processing,storage and transportion.When the seawater heat exchanger is in use,the phenomenon of cross flow often occurs.In this paper,the on-site treatment method was put forward,and the reasons for the cross flow were analyzed,and the next maintenance plan was formulated,providing some reference for troubleshooting the same type of seawater heat exchanger in offshore oil fields.
