摘　　要：开展了低温移动液氧储罐结构设计与分析。按照压力容器设计规范,依据经验公式的设计方法,设计了工作温度-183~-162℃的0.52 MPa低温移动液氧储罐。按照压力容器分析设计标准,采用数值分析的方法,分析了低温液体运输单车罐体前冲工况下的应力分布规律。结果表明:封头、补强板、角钢圈、八点支撑等零件满足设计要求以及分析设计标准对于材料最大强度的极限要求,双层罐体具有良好的抗压性能以及优良的真空性。The structure design and analysis of low temperature mobile liquid oxygen storage tank were carried out.According to the design specification of pressure vessel and the design method of empirical formula,the 0.52 MPa low temperature mobile liquid oxygen storage tank with working temperature from-183℃to-162℃was designed.According to the standard of pressure vessel analysis and design,the stress distribution of single tank in cryogenic liquid transportation was analyzed by numerical analysis method.The results showed that the head,reinforcing plate,angle ring,eight-point support parts met the design requirements and limit requirements for the maximum strength of the material in the analysis of the design standards,double-tank had good compressive performance and excellent vacuum.
