摘　　要：研究了阻聚剂在乙腈萃取法碳五分离装置中的应用,通过在脱碳四塔、乙腈萃取系统、碳五预处理系统中加入一定含量的新型阻聚剂,通过控制塔内操作温度、塔压差等条件,减少聚合物的生成,可减少阻聚剂的用量及蒸汽耗量,降低生产的成本,并减少塔底过滤器的清理频次,有效地延长装置的运行周期。The application of inhibitor in the C5 separation unit with acetonitrile extraction method was studied.By adding a certain amount of new inhibitor in the C4 removal tower,acetonitrile extraction system and C5 pretreatment system,and by controlling the operating temperature in the tower,tower pressure difference and other conditions to reduce the generation of polymer,the amount of inhibitor and steam consumption was reduced,the production cost was reduced,the cleaning frequency of the tower bottom filter was reduced and the operation cycle of the unit was effectively extended.
