摘 要:我国土壤盐碱化区域分布广泛且类型复杂,种植耐盐碱及观赏性状好的园林植物是盐碱地区改良盐碱化土壤、提升园林景观及促进景观可持续发展的有效途径之一。以宁夏、甘肃2种源的沙枣2年生苗为试材,研究不同浓度下NaHCO_(3)、Na_(2)CO_(3)(体积比1∶1)的碱性盐对沙枣幼苗生长和生理生化的影响。结果表明,碱性盐胁迫下,随盐含量增加和胁迫时间的延长,2种源沙枣叶长、叶宽、新梢和地径生长量呈下降趋势,且宁夏种源沙枣苗各生长量受胁迫影响较大;沙枣叶片膜透性、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量总体呈上升趋势,可溶性蛋白含量随胁迫时间延长呈先升后降再上升的趋势。SOD活性、POD活性总体呈先升后降的趋势。低浓度碱性盐胁迫初期叶绿素含量增加,后期叶绿素含量下降,宁夏种源降幅总体大于甘肃种源;净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率随碱性盐浓度增加呈下降趋势,胞间CO_(2)浓度呈上升趋势。宁夏、甘肃种源沙枣的耐碱性盐阈值分别为0.917%、0.966%,研究认为碱性盐胁迫条件下甘肃种源沙枣耐碱性盐能力大于宁夏种源沙枣,为丰富和提升盐碱地区植物景观提供依据。Saline soils are widely distributed in China and have complex types.To improve saline soils,enhance the landscape and promote sustainable development of the landscape,planting saline-tolerant and ornamental garden plants in saline areas is one of the effective ways.This study examined the effects of alkaline salts at different concentrations of NaHCO_(3)and Na_(2)CO_(3)in a 1∶1 volume ratio on the growth and physiology and biochemistry of Elaeagnus angustifolia seedlings.Two-year-old E.angustifolia seedlings from Ningxia and Gansu,were used as test materials.The results showed that under alkaline salt stress,the growth of leaf length,leaf width,new growth and ground diameter of the seedlings from both sources decreased with the increase of salt concentration and stress time,and the growth of the seedlings from Ningxia was more sensitive to the stress.The MP,MDA content,Pro content and SS content of the seedling leaves showed an overall increasing trend,while the SP content showed an increasing,then decreasing and finally increasing trend with stress time.The activity of SOD and POD showed an increasing trend followed by a decreasing trend.The Chl content increased at the beginning with low alkaline salt stress and decreased at the later stage.The rate of decrease of seedlings from Ningxia was generally smaller than those from Gansu.The P n rate,G s and T r showed a decreasing trend with salt concentration,while C i showed an increasing trend.The salt tolerance thresholds of the seedlings of Ningxia and Gansu were 0.917%and 0.966%,respectively.It is concluded that the alkaline salt tolerance of E.angustifolia seedlings from Gansu is stronger than that from Ningxia,which provide a basis for enriching and enhancing the plant landscape in saline areas.
